まずはカウンセリングにて、ご希望やお相手への条件を丁寧にお伺いします。サービス内容・料金をご確認のうえでご入会いただきます。会員登録後、専任カウンセラーとともにプロフィールを作成します。

Your journey begins with a personal counseling session, where we take time to understand your expectations and ideal partner criteria. After confirming the service details and membership fees, you can complete your registration. Following enrollment, a dedicated counselor will assist you in creating your profile.

ご希望条件に合うお相手をご紹介し、双方の希望が一致した場合にお見合いを実施します。対面またはオンラインでのお見合いが可能です。初めての方にも安心して臨んでいただけるよう、事前にマナーや進行についてサポートいたします。

We will introduce potential partners who meet your preferences, and arrange a meeting once both parties express mutual interest.Match meetings can be held either in person or online.To ensure that even first-time participants feel comfortable, we provide guidance on proper etiquette and the flow of the meeting in advance.

お見合い後、双方が交際を希望された場合は「プレ交際」期間へ。交際期間中も、カウンセラーが随時フォローを行い、不安やお悩みをサポートします。 国際交際の場合は、言語や文化の違いにも配慮し、通訳の手配を含め、スムーズなコミュニケーションを支援します。

If both parties wish to continue after the initial meeting, they enter a pre-dating stage.During this period, your counselor provides ongoing support to address any concerns or questions that may arise. In the case of international relationships, we also assist with smooth communication by considering language and cultural differences — including the arrangement of interpreters when necessary.

お二人の気持ちが固まり、ご成婚が決まった段階で「成婚退会」となります。成婚後も、結婚手続きやビザ関連のご相談、生活支援までサポートが可能です（国際結婚の場合）。 「出会いから、結婚、そして新しい生活」まで、長期的に寄り添うことを大切にしています。

When both individuals have confirmed their mutual feelings and decide to marry, the process concludes with marriage completion (official withdrawal).Even after the engagement, we continue to provide support — including assistance with marriage procedures, visa applications, and daily life arrangements (for international marriages). At DEAU, we value long-term relationships, supporting each couple from their first encounter to marriage and the beginning of a new life together.
